The exhibition has generated huge interest on Rokko’s Twin Track Sawing and Singulation Systems Model : RS8000 series, Finix Ball Mounter Model : FX300 and our prototype revolutionary multi turrets design for Wafer Level Pick and Place Systems Model : M16.

All equipment was displayed ‘live’ during the show.
