Rokko Systems Pte Ltd, the Equipment division of Rokko Holdings Ltd is pleased to report that its patent related to its flagship Sawing Singulation product entitled “Vacuum Holder for Integrated Circuit units” has been officially granted in South Korea as Patent No. 10-1109247. The South Korea Patent No. 10-1109247 will have a life of twenty years from the application date 19 July 2005.
