Rokko Systems Pte Ltd, the Equipment division of Rokko Holdings is pleased to report that its patent related to its flagship Sawing Singulation product entitled ‘Vacuum holder for Integrated Circuit Units ‘ has been officially granted in Europe as Patent No. 1800328. The European Patent No. 1800328 will have the priority date from 27 September 2004.
