Rokko Systems, the Tooling division of Rokko Holdings is pleased to report that its patent related to net block assembly system entitled “Net Block Assembly in a System for positioning Singulated Integrated Circuits and method of transferring a plurality of Singulated Integrated Circuits using a net Block Assembly” has been officially granted in Taiwan as Patent Certificate No. I 407527
The Taiwan Patent Certificate No. I 407527 shall be enforceable for twenty years from 14 November 2007.
